Preparation

Each of our pieces is handcrafted, one by one, in our Barcelona workshop. To optimize delivery times, we work with limited production runs , allowing us to maintain a small inventory of already manufactured units.

When stock is available, order preparation time is 2 to 4 business days , which is required for verification, final assembly and packaging.

Out of stock

If the part is not in stock, it will appear as pre-sale. on the website. In that case, the preparation time will be 3 to 5 weeks , depending on whether the piece is simply gold-plated or completely finished. In any case, the specific timeframe will be indicated for each case.

Custom orders

For custom orders or custom pieces, the lead time may be longer and will be agreed upon in advance with the customer via email.

Shipping

Once your order is ready and shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number. From that moment on, the estimated delivery time begins.

Deliveries will be made within the following territories:

• Shipping to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands :
  • Home delivery (2 to 3 days): €4.50
  • Collection point (2 to 3 days): €4.50

• Shipping to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla :
  • Home delivery (2 to 4 days): €7.00
  • Collection point (2 to 4 days): €7.00

• Shipping to Europe :
  • Home delivery (5 to 10 days): €10.00
    

These delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the time of year or the volume of orders from courier companies.

We ship to most EU countries. You can check if your country is included during the checkout process.

Pick up at the workshop

You can also pick up your order directly at our workshop, located at Villarroel 46, Bajos 2, 08011, Barcelona .
