Exchanges and returns
If you need to exchange or return a product, BROT offers a clear, flexible, and easy-to-manage process. You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to submit your return request.
Conditions
- The product must be unused and in perfect condition.
- It must retain its complete original packaging.
- Changes or returns of personalized products are not accepted.
- Used, tampered with, or damaged items are not accepted.
How to apply?
Write to us at hola@brotjewellery.com and tell us: name, email, order number, which product you want to return or exchange, and, if desired, the reason. We'll respond with the next steps.
Options to send us the product
You can send us the product through one of these three channels:
- Shipping at your expense to the following address: Calle Villarroel 46, Bajos 2, Barcelona (08011), Spain.
- Collection managed by BROT (only in Spain and the EU; the cost is deducted from the refund).
- In-person delivery at our workshop by appointment: Calle Villarroel 46, Bajos 2, Barcelona (08011), Spain.
Gear specifications
- The first exchange for orders to Spain (mainland and the Balearic Islands) is free: you pay the return shipping, we pay the new shipping.
- If the new product is priced higher, you will have to pay the difference.
- If the price is lower, you can choose between receiving a voucher (valid for 12 months) or a partial refund.
- For subsequent or international exchanges, all costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refund specifications
- The refund is made using the same payment method.
- It is carried out within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive the product or valid proof of shipment.
- The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, except in the case of an error or defect attributable to BROT.
Products on sale
Discounted or promotional items can be exchanged or returned under the same conditions. When exchanging for a different size or variant of the same item, we maintain the original price even if it's no longer on sale.
Warranty
All our parts come with a three-year legal warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, but not damage from impacts, wear, misuse, or contact with chemicals. If you notice any defects, please write to us with photos and details, and we will advise you on how to proceed.
Workshops
Your reservation is confirmed upon completion of payment. By doing so, you agree to our cancellation policy:
- We do not issue refunds once the reservation has been made.

If you cancel at least 7 days in advance, you can:
- Change your place to another workshop (subject to availability), or
- Receive a voucher for the amount paid, valid for 6 months.
- With less than 7 days, changes or vouchers are not accepted.
- You can give your spot to someone else by giving at least 24 hours' notice.
If BROT cancels or changes the date, you'll be able to choose between a full refund or a new date.
