Shipping

Preparation

Every piece is made by hand, one at a time, in our Barcelona studio. To keep delivery times short, we work in limited production runs and keep a small stock of finished pieces.

When a piece is in stock, preparation and shipping take 1 to 2 weeks (depending on the destination country), the time we need to check, finish and pack your order.

If you need express shipping, write to us at hola@brotjewellery.com and we will try to find a solution.

Out of stock

If a piece is out of stock, it will appear as pre-order on the website. In that case, preparation takes 4 to 6 weeks, depending on whether the piece only needs gold plating or has to be made from scratch. We will always confirm the exact timeframe.

Custom pieces

For custom and made-to-order pieces, the timeframe may be longer and will be agreed with you by email beforehand.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. The estimated delivery time starts from that moment.

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
    • Home delivery: €7.00
    • Pick-up point: €7.00
  • Europe Zone 1
    • Home delivery: €12.50
  • Europe Zone 2
    • Home delivery: €15.50
  • Europe Zone 3
    • Home delivery: €30.00
  • Other countries
    • Home delivery: €30.00

* Some shipments to the Canary Islands and to countries outside the EU may be subject to additional duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Collection from the studio

Collection from our studio is by appointment only. To book, write to us at hola@brotjewellery.com and we will arrange a day and time that suits you.
